Actually, yes.

Somalia's maritime boundary measurements which are legally registered with the United Nations clearly stipulate that waters up to 200 nautical miles offshore are the territorial waters of Somalia.

I am deeply saddend by the murder of these pirates. Noone should be surprised because violence is the only language the U.S understands. They have no regard for Somali life, they have proven this in the past and have proven it again here. This stand-off could have been resolved peacefully with the help of elders, but they wanted to ensure that these people were killed. They wanted their typical American hero story.

^^Americans have done what a strong Somalia would do to a gang of 3 Ethiopians holding a Somali captain in the international waters.

Stop the nonsense guys. Piracy activities is not a good way of getting the world's attention.

^Noted.

Duke,

Are you saying the ship WAS carrying toxic waste? Are you saying it was a fishing boat? If you're saying neither then you have no argument here.

Stop making excuses for these guys. They are the same as a common mugger. Only with AKs.

Che, little to offer and as frivolous as ever smile.gif

^^^So will you say that if arrests are made in Minneapolis with regards to the brainwashed US kids sent to Somalia and if those arrested were some people you know?

Norf, my argument is that these men could have been arrested and instead were killed in cold blood.

You are saying it was a good move, your stance to the pirates is inconsitant with that of the codl blooded kilers of the Mogadishu you lauded [until Hargaysa] was targeted.

Thus why saxib explain yourself. Somali watres is as holly as Somali land right?

Dukey needs his ABCs again ya Xiin.

Duke,

Not a good move but expected. You guys need to wake up and smell the coffee. Meeshu ciyaar maaha. This is not your suburban street with friendly neighbours.

Ps, shall I flip those questions onto you? why do you care who invades Somali waters? Why do you care what they do in those waters? Maalayacni waaxid! ;)

You reduced the whole issue of piracy to no more than law enforcement problem on the high seas and justified the murder of three men.

^and you stayed in the shadows throwing jabs without making a stance (surprise surprise).

When did a hostage rescue attempt (involving armed captors) become murder? Do expand on the above however,,,,,,,

Who is you guys? As usual NORF gets the whole thing mixed up, adeer the pirates in this instances are not Puntlanders as you wished and was happy about. The men murdered were based in and from the clans Haradheere [do you know where that is]?

Thus one undertsood why you took the contradictory stance, to your ususal fake "Mujahid" of Arabia stance.

Pay attention now.

You guys = YOU, Che and anyone who supports the Pirates.

Who said I supported pirates or you like to lump people to make sense of your 'made for TV' argument straight out from the Pentagon.
