No. They were stopped at the outskirts of the last three remaining cities and 20-10 km from the border.  The remaining cities are on Addis Ababa Djibouti highway.

Though they were reports of Afars leaving the remaining areas, it is now being reported that they are regrouping and getting ready for new attacks.
