Somali President signs constitution amendments despite Puntland withdraws recognition

Mogadishu (HOL) — Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud signed the official amendments to four chapters of the Constitution on Sunday night, following unanimous approval by the bicameral federal Parliament last Saturday.
