GAROWE, Somalia — Former Somali Presidents Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo and Sharif Sheikh Ahmed convened from March 21 to 23, 2024, in Garowe, the administrative seat of Puntland, to deliberate over Somalia'sescalating constitutional debates.
