Nor have they attempted to hijack Puntland admin as they strictly stay out of politics. Anyways The pirates are concern but it's not as a big concern as shabab as these people actually harm locals. But once the locals are affected in a direct way, watch them get their act together because this can lead to clan war-fare if people find out their clans-people have been getting killed. So Pirates might be a huge international thing, but as for the ground it is not affecting people like shabab who go around beheading, raping, and looting locals.
