Che -Guevara Posted February 24 This is the fairest assessment I saw so far by a westerner.
Che -Guevara Posted February 24 Of the most interesting to me is the bit about the Oromofication of PP and the Executive.
galbeedi Posted February 24 The poverty among the regular people is growing, beggars everywhere and the Ethiopian Birr is collapsing. Yet, the latest news is that he is amassing troops in Gaashaamo just across Burco. If he enters, he want to invade passing through welcoming Habro Community. From there he will go through Oodweyne and reach Bulaxaar which is one hour from Lughaya. The shocking thing is other than the defence pacts agreed with Turkiye, I don't see any military preparation from the Somali government.

I recognize that experiencing psychological setbacks can lead to a diminished ability to perceive reality accurately. However, the level of wishful thinking being expressed here is unprecedented. Since joining this forum in 2007, I've lost count of the number of times I've observed overt excitement about the potential downfall of Somaliland. Initially, as a new member, my views aligned with unionism, but the interactions and revelations over the years have exposed me to the true nature of such ideologies, for which I am grateful. Despite Somaliland's eventual recognition, it seems some will continue to indulge in fantasies about its failure. Those who are entrenched in this mindset appear to lead profoundly unhappy lives, and I struggle to imagine a more fitting repercussion for such defeatism than the current state they find themselves in. It has become a unique form of entertainment to visit this forum and read through the posts, witnessing this persistent state of melancholy.

I don't expect the Somali Gov to do much. Like their first invasion, Ethiopians will be confronted by the public.
