Abdinuur Posted January 4, 2002 Nuurto, I am just gonna respond to your topic. Didn't mind or read what other people say. But, I think Somalis women are the most precious, the most beautiful creatures on the face of the earth. I wouldn't trade anything for ya'll. Now, may I ask who's takin' advantage of ya'll...cuzz I wanna know...lol. Just because we like to spoiled ya'll doesn't mean we're takin' advantage...no honey...that ain't me...lol... And I hope whoever is doin' this will stop. Take good care and be strong!
Section6er Posted January 7, 2002 can please tell me how somali men are different from other mens on earth? Not all somali men are bad and not all men are bad. Same goes for women. u have to kiss a thousand frogs to find a prince ------------------ (Iriscience) I got worldwide family all over the earth And I worry 'bout 'em all for whatever it's worth From the birth to the hearse, the streets, the guns burst Words I disperse are here to free minds And if mine are needy I need to feed mine
Hibo Posted January 7, 2002 I'm on a roll today, so I'll put in my two cents. Abdinuur, thanx bro for saying we are beautiful. I've always thought so too! Nuurto, I'm sorry your relationship broke down. Its normal to feel used, depressed and unhappy after such an event. Just relax and take it easy, think about yourself and make the necessary changes that will make you feel better/happier. And don't despair, not all men are bad. In fact the majority are good. As for men taking advantage of women, I agree with both Hibo and Jaber. I think its the other way round, women take more advantage of men. Like jaber, I have seen more men than women mistreated and abused in their relationships. I wonder why? From my experience, Somali men are honourable, respectable and very protective towards us. Which is why I would never in a million years think of marrying anyone else. So, Nuurto, dust urself off sis, and get back on the saddle
