I agree that is the western part of the community (led by the likes of Cirro & Faysal) as they believe in Somaliland and Duyaradism. What you see you in the video though is local troops of the Dararweyne district,  a month ago the Khaatumo flag was even raised there. So they don't believe in Somaliland, no cash can buy them.

self determanation to do what  what is their end goal joining puntland joining maakhir joining  khatumo , Joining the bunker. Create  S  A   emirate free of all of them. Just self administration of their areas (which is already in effect).Then wait out the evitable collapse of remaining Somaliland after that decide which new mamuuls to join.

Even if Cirro wins (very unlikely as he will be cheated as usual) the troops in the area will remain intact as they are defense forces for the locals. With SSB and Khaatumo both armed we need to be 10x more armed. Simple as.

So who are the allies of the Sacadyoonis defense forcces   SDF, The khatumo militia or do they feel closer to the habar lamaan the sbb .

 

i Doubt he can be cheated i dont think he was cheated  in the first time Biixi won fair square since he convinced the rest of the SL he is the best man for the job. He did  pretty allright Biixi just the Laascanood defeat will for always hunt Him. He can brush some of it away if he brings recognition we shall see if that happens. But he has grown out of popularity these days even among his own Kin  one of the most powerful clans  in the Somaliland republic.  They might actualy vote this time for  Ciiro as long as he continues to serve the nation  and doesnt disrupt much of the social and Economic  political order in Somaliland. And i doubt he will he is a diplomat and qunjar socod, so expect change to take place  Salaax.    Ciiro for the first time  is knocking on the right door  instead of seeing them as his rivals he should see them as his  political  allies  As ciiro him self is basically from Saaxil waxbadan la isku ma diidayo.
