I didn't ask why the UN didn't accuse Djibouti, Eriteria, Egypt, Yemen, etc of supporting the ICU. No. Once again, I asked why the US didn't make accusations. The UN doesn't factor, because it's irrelevant. It has already made allegations (720 ICU Islamist fighting alongside Hezbollah against Israel) that were discredited.
