Tibor Nagy, Former US Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, hails the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that was signed between Ethiopia and Somaliland on January 1. He also seem to think that the international community is being hypocrite in failing to recognize the independence of Somaliland.
