The 42nd Extraordinary Assembly of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (Igad) meeting in Entebbe on January 18 asked Sudan’s warring parties to meet and talk and resolve the conflicts in 14 days and directed Ethiopia to withdraw from the sea deal with Somaliland.
