KAMPALA (HOL) - At the 19th Summit of NAM Heads of State and Government, Somalia's State Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ali Mohamed Omar, commended Azerbaijan for its effective chairmanship of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
