Mogadishu (HOL) - Somalia's National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) arrested three members of Hormuud Telecom's center at Tree-piano in Mogadishu on Sunday after the telecom company refused to provide financial activity information about its customers to the National Intelligence Agency.
