User Ethiopian troops shoot dead police officer, civilian at Somaliland border

Hargeisa (HOL) - Ethiopian forces in Qoolbulalle, a village on the Somaliland-Ethiopia border, have reportedly shot and killed a Somaliland police officer and a civilian, according to residents.
