Walaal, that was the Kacaanist ideology pinned in sheer unlawful brute force, which gave birth to lawlessness. Now you know why I call you one. Your generation's brain had been soiled by the only way you know of: unlawful brute force.

Just 'cos he can, does not mean he should, as there are laws governing the nations where political leaders can not just do as they please to cause harm, even if politically convenient at the time.

To be clear, flight interference and wanton acts of endangering civilian lives, as the secessionists are engaging in, are illegal. There are international laws to apply and bring them to account.

He can, does have control, but he MUST not.

He can’t u need physicial control over the airports to shut it down

Somalia has the authority to ban, sue and hold liable any plane, ship or business that enters, operates on its land, air and sea. what’s the use of an airport if the airlines are banned for landing or even entering the Somali air.

That’s how sovereignty works, and that’s how international law works. That they don’t do it, have other priorities at hand, doesn’t mean they can’t or don’t have the authority to do so.

Somaliland President Bihi blames Somali government for Abdinasir Dahable's murder

Sunday February 25, 2024

Hargeisa (HOL) - Somaliland's President, Muse Bihi Abdi, pointed fingers at President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud during his speech at the funeral of scholar Abdinasir Dahable, who was recently killed in Mogadishu.

Bihi stated that the responsibility for Dahable's murder, along with that of another Somaliland MP whose body was found in a Mogadishu hotel, lies with the Somali government. Dahable's mysterious demise in Mogadishu has raised suspicions of foul play in Somaliland, with authorities in Somalia's capital treating the investigation as a potential homicide.

"May the deceased we lay to rest today, and the other victim find peace. The one we bury today met his end, and his grave is marked. Both of their deaths are the responsibility of President Hassan Sheikh and his administration," Bihi said.

Dr. Abdirahman Mohamed Osman, the director-general of Hargeisa General Hospital, performed an autopsy and revealed that Dahable had suffered significant trauma, including strangulation, before his death. The autopsy results were revealed amidst escalating airspace tensions between Mogadishu and Hargeisa.

The Somaliland leader acknowledged that while death is inevitable, the attention drawn to Dahable's killing is due to its manner.

Bihi urged Somali government leaders to disclose the motive behind Dahable's assassination.

He emphasized that Dahable, not being a politician, had no personal secrets and had not offended anyone.

The Somaliland government has called on its citizens residing in Mogadishu to flee immediately for their safety following the deaths of former Somali Member of Parliament Ahmed Adan and aviation expert Abdinasir Muse Dahable.

The Somali police have announced that they have detained suspects in the murders of Dahable and the MP, with investigations ongoing.

and which airliner is going to follow suit UAE Ethiopian airlines i doubt it

All airlines would heed in a 24 hour notice as and when the Somali Federal government, which is the ONLY authority on Somali airspace, issues an announcement to that effect. See, there are laws, rules and regulations which nations of the world follow.

Another Munafaqad.

Somali leaders think they have impunity as they did decades ago to exercise this sort of hate speech and incitement that forms the precursor to crimes against humanities, which is punishable under international law and is nowadays actively prosecuted by many jurisdictions. Maybe they will only realize they don’t have impunity when one of them is actively prosecuted.

The minister of aviation of the bunker today said they want to redirect every flight that goes to Somaliland to go to Mogadishu first now let’s see and wait if flydubai and Ethiopians airlines comply to their demands let’s see how powerful the bunker if they actually can pull it off .

It’s not in their interest to do so they have bigger fish to catch, despite that Biixi and supporters are hoping for an all out escalation
