Somaliland embassy  in Addis ababa has been upgraded to embassy i am hearing well atleast the decoration has been adjust. Not sure how significant that can be i think it becomes really significant when  Ehtiopia upgrades its diplomatic office in hargeisa into a full fledged embasssy.  Also in other news the Arab league countries are about to hold a mini summit on this issue. IGAD  summit is still planned in Uganda even after sudan said we are not coming.  And ofcourse rumors of Abiye visiting Berbera
