Mogadishu (HOL) - Somali Prime Minister Hamsa Abdi Barre fired the Somali Academy of Sciences & Arts chairman, Abdulkadir Nur Hussein Maah, and appointed Ismail Yusuf Osman as acting chairman on Tuesday.
