Djibouti (HOL) - Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has expressed gratitude to the members of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) for their support in lifting the arms embargo on Somalia and for Somalia's inclusion in the East African Community (EAC) regional bloc.
