Nairobi (HOL) - Jabril Ibrahim Abdulle, Somalia's newly appointed Ambassador to Kenya, presented his credentials to Kenyan President William Ruto on Thursday. Abdulle, a former two-time presidential candidate in Somalia, has spent much of the past decade working in Kenya.
