RIYADH — Saudi Arabia's King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) signed a joint cooperation agreement with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) to improve the living conditions of residents affected by drought and humanitarian crises in Somalia.
