Make the arrangement with US or who ever is bank rolling this agency to direct funding and training to the Darwiishs, and narrow the scope of this entity to intelligence gathering, and situational analysis...police should have the authority to arrest and detain people, intelligence’s role should be identifying the suspects and evidence gathering.

 

Also Darwiishs should defend Puntland, not an intelligence entity ...

 

Awoowe, as you can see some are getting emotional about any PIS critique, some are declaring their loyalty and love to this agency while publicly wishing Faroole away ...and that is quite telling where their allegiance lies. It’s with a mukhaabaraat entity, and not with the wellbeing of Puntland state.
