Mogadishu (HOL) - A delegation led by Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud arrived in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on Thursday afternoon to participate in the twenty-eighth session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28).
