Garowe (HOL) - SSC-Khatumo traditional leaders have voiced optimism about finding a resolution in the ongoing Puntland election dispute. The SSC claims to have effectively maintained security in the state capital, Garowe, by separating government and opposition forces following previous armed confrontations.
