Mogadishu (HOL) - A senior al-Shabab militant leader, Abdirahman Hiiti Ibrahim, known as Abu Abdirahman, surrendered to Somalia's Gorgor (Eagle) commandos based in the Harardhere district of the Mudug region on Wednesday.
