Las Anod (HOL) - The traditional clan chief of the Sool clan and leader of the 33-member SSC traditional council, Garad Jama Garad Ali, has accused the Somaliland administration of organizing conflict in Oog areas in an attempt to launch attacks on SSC-Khatumo areas.
