Garowe (HOL) - Puntland regional state leaders, led by Said Abdullahi Deni and Vice President Ahmed Elmi Karash, met with Catriona Laing, the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Somalia, in Garowe, the administrative capital of Puntland State, on Saturday.
