Wisdom_Seeker Posted December 31, 2006 Passport, government, services whatever. All of those things could be accomplished, but what is the point when you are oppressed by foreigners. Those people you speak off are crack-heads the same ones that rob, steal and kill people. Little mooriyaans nothing else nothing less. And NO Somali wants to be oppressed by raw meat eating scavengers. Accept clan-infested minds. The ICU was able to collect the guns, bring peace and make business booming again without the help of ETHIOPIANS, and they even weren’t the government who has the support of the international world. So why can’t the TFG do the same and stop humiliating my people, and take matters into their own.
Peacenow Posted December 31, 2006 Anyone can print passports. This is not the issue. This is not a government of integrity, every Somali can rally toward. The day I saw pictures of them laughing and smililing, while our young boys were murdered by a hated enemy they world alongside with. Is imaginible to me. Simply horrific. Excuse me, but Somalis will never forget this.
General Duke Posted December 31, 2006 ^^^Any one can print a passport, but not everyone can get the legitimacy the TFG has. As for integrity go ask the average Somali, what he or she wants? They want what all those in the diaspora have, and that can only come from a national government. The two twin achievements of the TFG has been so far. Ending the age of warlords/faction and clan groupings, and the gun. Ending the isolation of Somali and its people. Thus while you sit and cry for the loss of of the warlords, clan courts and the likes of IndaCADE. The people of Afgoyee, Barava, Mogadishu are looking forward to a new prosporous future insha Allah. Wisdom_Seeker Posted December 31, 2006 Short-sighted people are no good. Nothing will be accomplish while foreign troops are in Somalia Does it look like Iraq or Afghanistan are making any progress. The TFG hasn’t achieved anything, you just think they have achieve those two you pointed out. Puntland and Somaliland are both still armed. Some groups in Mogadishu are still armed. Warlords are back and walking the streets they have destroyed six months ago. And Mogadishu is no where near being safe, let’s test if Mogadishu is safe and free of gun and sent Aisha Yusuf into Mogadishu. If he walks every corner of Mogadishu with few body guards and comes out safe it is safe, if not and he gets a sweet bullet between the eyes it isn’t. Did you forget about the blast that happened yesterday? ANd what isolation, what are you talking about.
General Duke Posted December 31, 2006 ^^^ ANd what isolation, what are you talking about This is the kind of people we are dealing with, what Isolation ? The one we have been in for 16 years, with no Somali being able to get basic visas unless they visit Nairobi or Adis. 98% of the population unable to travel, unable to conduct real business, lack of foreign investment and contruction, due to the fear nations and companies have of doing business in Somalia. Saxib Somalia needs allot of help, but firts it must get its government functioning. Obviously you know nothing about the plight the people and nation is in. Wisdom_Seeker Posted December 31, 2006 You are worried about traveling while the people are sleeping with hungry stomachs, and under some dirty broken up hut? Children with no education, no hospitals, there is barely any clean water or food and you speak of traveling? Dealing with you is impractical, absolutely impractical duuga. Who will mind being isolated from the Ethiopians and Kenyans who are highly infected with HIV/AIDS? Only you. You keep proving that you don’t know anything about the difficulties of the people, for you are mre worried about traveling documentations while the people are living in poverty. And besides I have refuted your false claims of what the TFG had achieved. Lies more lies will be the only thing you have to type.
General Duke Posted December 31, 2006 ^^^A good comeback, the hunger, desease and other human ailments can be overcome with human organisation if the lord wills it. Thus we must regain our governments, rebuild our institutions and become members of the waorld community. We require business conatcts, access to world markets,w e dont need help alone we need to be players in this global world. Clan fiefdoms and warlords are the past a new Somalia of equals is the future. Its long and hard but we have begun our journey. The TFG is not a panacea, but it is a tool that belongs to all Somali's, to the unarmed poor, to the orphan, to the weak as well as the strong. Devoloution of power will give confidance to the regions, The country will have many centres if power and not just be dependent on Mogadishu.
Wisdom_Seeker Posted December 31, 2006 What you have to preach is something every Somali wants, not only you. Ethiopia is poor for a reason, bad leaders, who are selfish. The people are dying of HIV/Aids. Starvation is common in Ethiopia. They are one of the poorest nations on earth. Yes they have a government, yes it is recognized, but they sure in hell are useless. I don’t want the same for Somalia Duke. Empty promises and corrupted leaders. If we are going to choice our leaders they should have a clean record. The TFG leaders lack that. And that is something called the truth.
Peacenow Posted January 1, 2007 ''If we are going to choice our leaders they should have a clean record. The TFG leaders lack that. And that is something called the truth''. That last sentence says it all. It sure ain't the two master traitors who are there now.
