Qowmiyadda weyn Jareerweyne have been silent far too long, severely underrepresented in the political and military scenes.

You become aware of something when you care, and one is unaware of issues you don’t see in your interest and thus ignore.

And by default the government is complacent as they claim authority, legitimacy and power making them de facto responsible. And the main goal or mandate given to them is to expand legitimacy of the government amongst their people, and not all sorts of commercial projects

Moooryaanta that are prosecuting him are even denying that he was promoted to jeneraal by Xasan Sklicdaal in 2014. They don't deny that Xasan Socdaal promoted him, but that the fact his promotion was not legitimate and didn't follow the required steps. This coming from a community of 'Jeneraal' Indhacadde and 'Jeneraal' Saadaq Joon, whose military training is next to zero. At least Jen  Sheegoow fought hard against kuwa afka duuban, hence the promotion in 2014.
