True, but any announcement was supposed to be coordinated and with Puntland in the know considering how fragile things are in Garowe, more so since Deni came back and the opposition holding a conference.

Why is it unnecessary, it is fact on ground, and waxaa qarsataa Waa ku qarsadaan, time to address this and xoolaha Laga gurto

SSC, the time to stand alone is not there yet. He is now alienating Karaash, Deni and all those who supported him, and create unnecessary division.

The question is not SSC will become a federal state, the question is, is it ready and does it has all the land its claiming under its admiration, the answer is not yet, and until that time arrives, Karaash community do not want to loose their share in Puntland,

It is indeed a fact and in fact, many Planders died to make it happen as well. The point is orderly decoupling that addresses all issues otherwise it will be a case geedkii orod lagu fuulaa orod baa looga soo dagaa.

Complicated issues like border demarcation, the status of Ceerigaabo, or even what reer Maakhir want need to be ironed out.

SSC is a game changer throughout, not only for Somaliland but also for Puntland and Federalism at large I expect it to force or ignite serieus self reflections and difficult pathways of change. 

You cant have possibly expected status quo in Puntland to remain, with SSC integrating in Puntland, participating in elections while electing a VP in Puntland, would practically making it another district under Puntland and defeating the purpose of the united SSC clan under a political platform. Puntland will have to face the music and deal with its own self created political composition without SSC. 

Furthermore, also for the federalist Somalia SSC might become the antidote for its self entertained federalist psychosis, as it will seriously bring to the foreground the so far unaddressed elephant in the federalist living room, which is the issue of states, their definitions and demarcations.
