Soomaaliya could honestly be one of the best countries, geographicallya and natural-resourcely speaking - ocean, sea, rivers, deserts, jungles, fsrm lands, high lands, low lands, humidity, bit colder and unchanging climate all year round, plus not to mention what is buried and above under these seas and lands.

With trying to adopt foreign concept of federalism, and regionalism, If Somalis don't change course, they will definitely be in this situation for long time.

Conditions are improving, and when one travels through the regions, one witnesses a great deal of potential. I am hopeful we shall have realised said potential in our life time.

I thought Federalism was first [rightly] experimented in the Umayah & Abasiyah? If so, how is it foreign?

It is 100% unpractical and will never work, anybody advocating for it does not understand it.

It is better to cut into 5 small  clan countries, independence from each other, than adopt something not working

So, in your logic, Federalism does not work, but independent mini countries would work better.
