Qoraal kooban oo March 12, 2010 lagu faafiyey shabakadda rasmiga ah ee Qarammada Midoobey (UN) ayaa shaaca ka qaaday in Heshiiskii Is-fahamka (MOU) ee dhex maray DFKMG iyo Kenya "in Baarlamaanka Federaalka kumeelgaarka ay diideen is-afgaradkaas, sidaas daraadeedna waa in loo tixgeliyo mid aan lagu hawl geli karin ama la cuskan karin". Qormada kooban ee UN-ka ayaa u qornayd sidan:
