I wouldn't say they want civil war as a first choice but if provoked as seen in the latest clashes they are ready to smoke whoever comes their way. End goal isn't elections for them as that won't change the current failed system much but definitely their own state in the long-term that will protect their community interests for good.When their leader (Oof Wareen) attacked Dabargoyaale and took over the Halo trust NGO cars, he told them to leave Oodweyne district and they did no one missed them since they didn't even employ the locals so no loss.
