MR ORGILAQE Posted November 29, 2004 well i'll tell you why mate! You see there are no gays in Arsenal there are about five or six in Liverpool and they were all sent to tackle the real men.The men were too busy watching out for their behind than focus on the ball.Next time send in MEN Hetro and then we wont have to watch our backs and we'll show what the Beautiful game is all about! QUANTUM LEAP Posted November 30, 2004 North - Physical and muscle is what Arsenal are. However, everytime anyone is caught by an arsenal player that means a yellow card. The image we have had over the years still comes to haunt us and we are not allowed to play amans game. We seem to be victims most times as other teams are given the chance to whack our players as much as they can get away with.
Thinkerman Posted December 12, 2004 Arsenal 2 v Chelsea 2 Guys what was ur take on the game, major incidents, turning points and man/men of the match. The dodgy free kick, robben's miss, henry's 6 yard miss   . P.S I think Man u are right back in the mixer now so it is a four horse race
Viking Posted December 13, 2004 It was an intense game where Chelsea seemed to slightly have the upper-hand. The Gunners put up an impressive performance without their captain Viera, without Ljungberg's runs and the experience of Gilberto and Edu. Not having 3 of the 4 first choice midfielders makes things slightly different. Flamini and Fabregas did an impressive job handling experienced and respected players like Makelele and Lampard and keeping them in check throughout the game. Everton and Man U are the benefactors this afternoon, Chelsea also benefit by keeping the distance to the champs. Best players... Terry, Henry and Fabregas. QUANTUM LEAP Posted December 13, 2004 Brilliant game....end to end stuff....Goooners made mistakes by losing two girls but then again we have been having problems from set pieces lately. However Chalsea was almost taught afootballing lesson esp. since the mid-field was run by non other than the lil boys who kept the likes of Lampard and Makalele quite. Not abad show though it would have been much better had we taken the three points.
Thinkerman Posted December 13, 2004 It was end to end stuff. I though chelsea after going 1 - 0 got a strangle hold on the game for about 20mins (possession was about 68% chelsea 32% Arsenal). Arsenal looked to play on the counter and at times played like teh away time rather than the home team. My major flash points would have to be when the Ref Graham Poll cheated the chelsea wall and allowed henry to take the free-kick, the guy didnt even blow the whistle for it!!! And of course at 2 - 2 with less than 15mins left henry flapping from 6 yards out with the whole goal line at his mercy. In the end it was a point deserved for each, chelsea had teh better of teh first half, then lost there way when Drogba came on.
