Cowke Posted July 23, 2010 Yeah it does but thats only 1 building. It's multiplex hotel with a few buildings in 1 sort of thing so not of all of it complete. Even in this picture u can see the ladder on the side of the wall indicating theirs still more work to do on it.

Cowke Posted July 23, 2010 Xaji the puntland construction companies use this tiles u see those red ones? well apparantely they keep out the heat and keep out the cold making inside feel comfortable so thats why they use that sort of tiles always. As for the building structure. I don't know but they seem to like country-style building for some reason in puntland. They are doing newer modern buildings also in the works. Theres are others but i wont list them all. Like dahabshil central headquarters in bossaso being built and it will be bigger then tawakal express. Plus according to mubarak construction he has hundreds of projects happening he said in puntland commercial projects/residential/govt projects. So it looks ok and the buildings will get more sophisicated in time

Cowke Posted July 23, 2010 Plus u have to remember that puntland is not investing everything into one city, their is policy there to spread it across the cities. So if say bossaso burns down 1 day then we will have garowe and galkayo to go to and wont have to start all over again. Its kind of like an insurance if u know what i mean. But if all the buildings were focussed into 1 city say bossaso it would be drasticlly larger city today
