MoonLight1 Posted January 28, 2010 The answer is no. here are the reasons. 1) Sool and Cayn are landlocked and they will always need access to a port, e.g Berbera or Bosaso. 2) Sool and Cayn are two very poor regions, no ports, no airports, no agriculture, no fisheries, the main economy is lifestock and lifestock need ports to be shipped. The 14 Garaads need to consider these factors and come up with a clear plan to merge fully eather with Pland or Sland, they need to decide whether they want to be with their INA ADEEROOS aka Pland or whether they want to be with their INA ABTIYOOS aka Sland Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
