Despite its own displacement challenges, Somalia now hosts more than 34,000 refugees from several countries. Among them are Syrians, who fled war in their homeland over a decade ago. Skilled Syrian refugees are making positive contributions to various sectors of the economy in the Horn of Africa nation.
