Juje Posted July 25, 2006 People lets compare these two entities. TFG formed by Somali warlords, tribal elders and Somali civil societies with the regional and international blessing. ICU formed by disillussioned wadaads and warlords who felt they were left out by the cake sharing in the establishment of TFG. And also by former president of TG government Abdiqsiim who has a score to settle with C/llahi Yusuf. TFG given the chance and oppurtunity has the ability, consensus and the will to form a strong Somali government build on national reconciliation leading to an open , fair and democratic government for the future. ICU has no vision beyond than expelling the hated warlords from Mogadishu whom they were supporting initially. And have not set of plans set aside for governing and planning a national state. They are good at propogating the oppositions using the sacred Religion as a cover , and in that also have no clue what are the basic requirements in introducing the Sharia as a means of government. But the most credit they deserve and are good at is, they know how to mobalise and organise national demos in short time and win the hearts of many that are weak, not only in Xamar but also here in Somalionline. TFG seeks the support of foreign troops (particularly neighbouring ones ) in attempt to assert its power and authority, since there is nothing that remains of the national unified police or armed forces. Because of the disentegration of the nation into tribal fragments. ICU has under its control the tribally based armed militias, plus foreign extreme Islamist militias. All recruted on the basis to free the country fron infidel authority and nothing beyond that. Though it is widely believed that the ICU is harbouring those who have and are currently committing inhumane crimes against Somalis in Somalia, especially the southern regions. Does the existance or activities of TFG contradict that of ICU . On the contrary the establishment of the ICU contradicts the formation and work of the TFG. It is like making null and void the national reconciliation effoirt by all Somalis. It is like why should the a group of wadaads from Mogadishu determine how and ways the TFG an entity build to bring together all communities in Somalia. People lets think beyond the tribal affiliation and believe that the ICU stands for our religion, which it does not, neither does it have the Somali common interest at heart. Lets look beyond all that , lets hope for and work for ways we can create a nation that serves best the genraration after, united in peace and the hunger to develop its nation, to produce education, health, social development and above all the basic need 'without fear at all'. And it’s time to give a chance for sh-a –ri-aa capitalism. Capitalism with imman is the best solution at this moment when anarchism is abolished. I don think that any kind of rule by Itobiya occupationism is going to bring any kind of solution except problems after problems until the empire falls. LOL! The TFG consists of murderers & war criminals. Their only goal is to continue their campaign of plundering Somalia. A. Yusuf has no interest in creating any democracy in Somalia, look at his merciless & brutal governing in P/Land. He should be dragged to the Hague on his tail & be charged with war criminals along with his stooges (Ina Caydiid & Gedi). TFG will never unite Somalis because it was formed by a group of thugs who all have alterior motives: Plunder Somalia & Bring It Under Ethiopia's Government. A. Both the TFG and clan courts only pay a lip service to dipolmacy or negotiation and belive that muscle is the only way to acheive peace.. They both lack imagination. The TFG weak point is corruption and the individuals in the government. The Courts is the perception that they only represent a single clans interest.
