Mogadishu (HOL) - Abdirisakh Khalif Ahmed, the Speaker of Parliament for the self-declared state of Somaliland, resigned on Sunday amidst a prosecution led by the attorney general's office. He's being accused of undermining the legitimacy of the self-proclaimed republic.
