Fabregas Posted October 28, 2007 The demonstration in Muqdisho is dismissed, but the demonstrations in Lasanod are described as gun battles in every alley
Xoogsade Posted October 28, 2007 These pictures seem to have been taken when the demonstration ended. You can see more people in here. Despite the threats from TFG clan militia and the Xabashis, these women and children took a great risk to express their love of freedom while many other somalis willingly submit themselves to Xabashi spying and collaboration for cheap clanish goals which haven't materialized as of yet as they hoped for. Good for these brave mothers and kids. Gobnimada waa loo kala dhashaa.

Xoogsade Posted October 28, 2007 ^ Adiga TFGda taageero ween ma u ahaan jirinoo? see camal? Shimee is beddeshay? When the time is right, the leadership is on guidance from God, the Somaliland as a separate entity, just like Puntland, will all come to an End. Hargeysaa la idin kala wareegaa iska dhaaf laascaanood. Hadda laakiin meelaha ka hees heesa

Johnny B Posted October 28, 2007 A somali boy in Mogadishu demosntrating against Ethiopian Amry's presence in contrast to another Somali boy in Las Anod demostrating against Somaliland army's presence. Something is so heartbreaking in the opposite natures of those demonstrations. It takes a deep clanish hatred towards the people of Mogadishu combined or coupled with stooge-mentality and severe misinterpretation of the universal adage "My enemy's enemy is my friend", to utter the following rabbish with straight face "those pics highlights no demo, just people looking at tires or going past them on their way to their to work or school. " The tradeoff of short-term clanish gain against the risk of unforeseeable blowbacks from Ethiopias takeover of one's country are beyond Duke's clanish sentiments. Juje, i lost all hope in Duke & co long before Jumatatu tried, atheer, you and FB are better adviced not to press Duke for more nuggets.
Castro Posted October 28, 2007 ^^^ And we wonder why the Sayyid went on a killing rampage of some of his own people a hundred years ago. Oh, and just in case you missed it:
