UN short of funds to cope with floods in Ethiopia

UNITED NATIONS (Xinhua) -- The world body is in need of funds to cope with the recent floods in Ethiopia that have caused significant displacement of people and damage in the country's south and east, said the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) on Wednesday.
