MOGADISHU (Xinhua) -- The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Somalia on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to further enhance their cooperation and effectiveness to improve Somalia's water security.
