Mogadishu (HOL) - Pte Wilson Sabiti, a Ugandan soldier who had previously served in the African Union Special Mission (AMISOM) in Somalia, shot and killed Charles Okello Engola, Uganda's Minister of State for Labour and Industrial Relations, on Tuesday.
