Mogadishu (HOL) - Somali President's Special Envoy for Somaliland Affairs, Abdikarim Hussein Guled, met with Djiboutian President Ismail Omar Guelleh in Djibouti on Sunday to discuss the upcoming round of talks between the Federal Republic of Somalia and the Somaliland administration.
