Member-sol- Posted July 2, 2008 Very eloquently put, but let me tell you. If yesterday the Islamic groups had listened to you when you said (ma bambooyin xero lagu tuura wax xoreyn) maanta meesha eey joogan ma aysan gaari lahayn. You were always a doubter from the beginning. Now they have reached a point of no return, not because they put down their weapons, but they showed perseverance and patience and have put forth a lot of sacrifice. Does it make sense to you, that some leaders sleep in the vicinity of the air bases whose airplanes have killed so many commanders? Who has put more sacrifice into this struggle the ones who have paid their lives with it, or the ones meeting in foreign countries? Yesterday you spoke of peace and end to armed conflict, if we had listened to you, wixii shaley tigreega ku dhacay ku ma dhici lahayn, and that is an undeniable fact. And if today if they listen to you, all their hard earned success would go down the drain as the Ethiopians would re-group and re-organize. Have you seen how confused they have become, they leave one city to be ambushed, comeback and then ambushed again. Today you cheer for UN troops to arrive, but weren't the UN sponsored troops yesterday shelling Somali neighborhoods, killing civilians. gaal cad, ma gaal madow buu ka naxariis badanyahay. If there is a lesson to be learned, it would be how the folks in guriceel dealt the tigree contingent that was send to their hometown.
