Khilaaf ka dhashay dhimista golaha wasiirada DF ayaa soo dhexgalay Madaxweyne Sh. Shariif Sh. Axmed iyo Ra'iisul wasaare Cumar C/rashiid Cali Shama'arke, sida aan ka helnay ilo wareedyo ka tirsan Dowlada Federaalka Somalia.

Wararka ayaa sheegaya in Madaxweyne Shariif uu ka dalbaday Ra'iisul wasaaraha in liiska cusub ee golaha wasiirada loogu daro xubno uu wato, taasoo uu ra'iisul wasaaruhu diiday, isla makaana sheegay in magaacbidu ay shaqadiisa tahay.

Xubnaha uu Madaxweyne Shariif wato ayaa waxaa ka mid ah: C/raxmaan Xaaji Ibbi, Shariif Xasan Sh. Aadan, Qamar Aadan Cali, Cali Axmed Jangeli iyo xubno kale, kuwaasoo jaal dhow la ah Madaxweynaha Somalia.

Dowladaha Somalia ayaa inta badan u burbura qilaaf soo dhexgala Madaxda sare, waxaana wasiir ku dhow Madaxweyne Shariif uu sheegay in Madaxweynaha iyo Ra'iisul wasaaruhu aysan wax heshiis ah ka gaarin khilaafkan.

"Golaha Wasiirada waxaa laga dhigayaa 18-xubnood ilaa 20-xubnood waxaana qof walba lagu xulanayaa aqoontiisa" ayuu yiri wasiirka oo diiday inaan magaciisa xigano, isagoo intaas ku daray in wasiiradu ay bilaabeen xod-xodasho.

Ra'iisul wasaaraha Somalia Cumar C/rashiid ayaa lagu wadaa inuu magacaabo wasiiro kooban marka uu dalka dib ugu laabto, iyadoo safar dibadeedkiisa la sheegay inuu qaadan doono muddo laba todobaad ah.

"Khilaafkan cusub waa kii labaad oo soo dhexgala Sh. Shariif iyo Sharma'arke, waxaana ka shaqeynaya wasiiro ku xiran Madaxweynaha" ayuu yiri mas'uul sare, iyadoo xogo kale ay sheegayaan in khilaafka loo bandhigay beesha caalamka.

Sidoo kale warar ayaa sheegaya in Madaxweynaha Jabuuti Ismaaciil Cumar Geelle uu ku cadaadinayo madaxda Somalida in wasaarada arimaha dibada loo magacaabo Max'ed C/llaahi Oomar oo laga qaaday bishii August ee sanadkan.

Madaxweynaha Somalia Sh. Shariif iyo Ra'iisul wasaaraha Somalia Cumar C/rashiid ayaan weli ka hadlin khilaafkoodan cusub, iyagoo dhawaan ka heshiiyay khilaaf ka dhashay heshiis ay wada-galeen Puntland iyo Dowlada Somalia.

Xubnaha laga yaabo inay jagooyinkooda waayaan ayaa waxaa ka mid ah: wasiirka maaliyada Shariif Xasan Sh. Aadan, Wasiirka arimaha gudaha C/qaadir Cali Cumar iyo xubno kale oo fara badan, kuwaasoo kasoo galay dowlada dhanka mucaaradka.

Somalia: Dispute brewing between President and PM over new Cabinet

24 Oct 24, 2009 - 3:20:36 PM

MOGADISHU, Somalia Oct 24 (Garowe Online) - A political dispute is brewing between Somalia's top leaders over the naming of a new Cabinet, government sources tell Garowe Online.

Somali President Sheikh Sharif Ahmed wants to include his "political allies" in the new Cabinet, which Prime Minister Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmake is expected to name soon.

The new Cabinet will be much smaller and is expected to consist of less than 20 ministers, down from 39 ministers currently in office.

President Sheikh Sharif wants his allies to be part of the new Cabinet, according to ministers familiar with the ongoing dispute.

But Prime Minister Sharmake has refused to include some of the President's suggested ministers in the new Cabinet, including current Finance Minister Sharif Hassan, Fisheries Minister Abdirahman Ibbi and Foreign Minister Ali Ahmed "Jengeli."

"This is the second dispute between them [sheikh Sharif and Sharmake] and Cabinet ministers close to the President are involved," said a senior government source speaking on the condition of anonymity, who added that the dispute has been presented to international diplomats.

Both President Sheikh Sharif and Prime Minister Sharmake are currently out of the country. The Prime Minister is expected to announce the new Cabinet minister after he returns from London.

Unconfirmed reports said Djiboutian President Ismail Omar Ghelle is also involved in the dispute, with reports saying that Ghelle is pressuring Somali government leaders to appoint Mr. Mohamed Abdullahi Oomar back to his former post as Somali foreign minister.
