Baidoa (HOL) - Mukhtar Mohamed Mursal has been elected as an MP in a by-election for HOP176 held in Baidoa. This by-election was conducted to fill the vacancy that arose when his father, Mohamed Mursal Mohamed, passed away nearly six months ago.
