Is this a joke?? Riyaale had no problems holding elections when he wanted to be elected, but now NUMEROUS elections have been cancelled and pushed back. He has remained president more then a year and a half after his term expired. There is no democracy. Mr. Payne is fully aware of this as are others!!!!
