Mogadishu (HOL) - The US Department of State's Rewards for Justice program has announced a reward of up to $5 million for information that leads to the identification or location of Ali Mohamed Rage, a senior leader of the terrorist organization al-Shabaab. Rage, also known as Ali Dheere, has been al-Shabaab's chief spokesperson since May 2009 and has been involved in planning attacks in Kenya and Somalia.
