I never thought Mr. Dheere has a strong interest in nation building and so brillinatly able to see the big picture....we need strong people to take strong stands. A heroic image on the horizon!!! General Duke Posted March 14, 2006 I think his latest interview is his best yet. Mohamed Dheere while not useful to the TFG anyomre in my opinion the shift of power has left him stranded, still he has a way to get the average Somali's attention. I thought the one between Bashir Rage and Xasan Dahir on the BBC, was quite good as well. Everyday people realise that these men are not so big.. General Duke Posted March 14, 2006 Suldanka, I get at your point, but look at it this way. If Mohamed Dheere loved the government yesterday and said he would die for it and that all the other warlords were wrong, which I thought to be a noble sentiment. Today if Mohamed Dheere hates the governemnt and would fight for no reason other than he did not get his way. Who should be troubled from this apart from Mohamed Dheere? Like I stated earlier this man was useful and had an opportunity to become a signficant figure, yet he choose to ally himself with Qaynyare and Co who unlike yesterday are not even able travel inside Mogadishu... Faarax-Brawn Posted May 2, 2007 The Warlord of Jawhar,The man who refused the TFG to set base in Jowhar is now Brilliant? I need to do some digging on Duke trashing Dheere a year ago,9/10 times,he must have said something really contradictory to this right here
Abwaan Posted May 2, 2007 loooooooooool.....at Faarax-Brown and further to your comment here is the evidence no 1, date: March 14, 2006 06:39 PM Originally posted by General Duke: It is funny why the so called Somalilanders are the most reactionary when it comes to such topics. Mohamed Dheere called Abdullahi Yusuf a vagabond and pointed to his clan. To me it shows a man deeply frustrated, a man who is starting to realise his own importance and does not like what he is coming to terms with. The fact is the TFG is still in business and without shedding any blood or any of their leaders being chased out. It is easy to talk when the man is away. Another important development that is no doubt vexing Me Dheere and the axis of ****** is the peace between the clans of Mudug & Galgaduud and the fact that Ato, Furux have even vistied Garowe to further strengthen relations between Puntland and those areas. The TFG played an important role to bring about this. So while Dheere is angry and bitter and spitting venom, others are happy and the game goes on. Those who hate Somalia will no doubt find more points to cling to. and more to come soon---------->
