Saabir Posted October 23, 2004 Hi every 1: I thought of not posting anything as this is a women's forum only, but i thought the fellowing lines may help a sister sometime!. a pain killer wich will help better is either (PARACETAMOL+Ceffein) or (Ibuprofen+caffein), you can find those two pain killers in combination with caffein, just ask your chemist because brand names differ with different countries. As those who get mood swings PYRIDOXINE (VIT B6) 50 mg daily will help. Magnissium 200mg will help too as it cures the muscular contractions that cause the pain, and it also augments the action of VIT B6. byeeeeeeeeeee.
